These No Bake Chocolate Tahini Bars are a simple, freezer-friendly treat with a rich, fudgy texture thanks to the natural creaminess of the tahini. Made with just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep, they're an indulgent-tasting treat made with wholesome ingredients. Gluten-free, vegan.
Place chocolate chips and almond butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until almost all chocolate chips have melted. Stir to completely incorporate chocolate and almond butter until smooth.
Stir in tahini until incorporated. Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a parchment-lined pan and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
Cover the pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set, slice into bars, then transfer to the refrigerator for storage.
