No Bake Chocolate Tahini Bars

These No Bake Chocolate Tahini Bars are a simple, freezer-friendly treat with a rich, fudgy texture thanks to the natural creaminess of the tahini. Made with just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep, they're an indulgent-tasting treat made with wholesome ingredients. Gluten-free, vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups (9oz) dairy-free dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup natural creamy almond butter well stirred
  • ½ cup tahini well stirred
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place chocolate chips and almond butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until almost all chocolate chips have melted. Stir to completely incorporate chocolate and almond butter until smooth.
  • Stir in tahini until incorporated. Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a parchment-lined pan and spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
  • Cover the pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set, slice into bars, then transfer to the refrigerator for storage.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container the fridge for up to 1 week.
Freeze: Wrap bars individually in parchment paper and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
