No Bake Monster Cookie Energy Balls

  • Place oats, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until oat are coated. Add 2 teaspoons water and mix again.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and chocolate candies. Transfer mixing bowl to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, scoop energy ball dough with a tablespoon or a #40 cookie scoop and roll it into a smooth ball with your hands. Place the cookie balls into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

To store: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
