Peach Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add frozen peaches, bananas, almond milk, ginger, hemp seeds, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add a splash of almond milk only if needed. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make-ahead: Add everything except the almond milk and vanilla extract to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month. When ready to make, tip the contents of the container into your blender and add the almond milk and vanilla, blending as usual.
