Ooey gooey and oh so easy. These peanut butter chocolate chunk bars require one bowl and very little prep time. Gluten and dairy free, they are sweetened with honey for a refined sugar-free dessert!
dark chocolate bar or maple-sweetened dark chocolatechopped or 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl using an electric mixer, combine peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract just until smooth. Add baking soda and salt and mix until combined. Fold in chopped dark chocolate.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. I prefer my bars to be a bit gooey in the middle, so bake longer if you prefer!
