No Bake Brownie Balls

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Stir until mixture is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Place into an airtight container. If layering bites on top of each other, divide with a piece of parchment paper to avoid sticking.

Notes

Substitute other nut or seed butters for a flavor variation!
To store: Keep at room temperature in an airtight container for 2-3 days or in the refrigerator for up to one week.
