    What is Simple Syrup?

Simple syrup is a liquid sweetener used often in cocktails, other beverages, and baked goods.

The ratio for simple syrup is one part water to one part sugar.

In this cardamom-infused version, as in this blackberry syrup, organic cane sugar keeps it completely vegan.
