Veggie BLT Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices gluten-free bread vegan too if needed
- 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 strips mushroom bacon (store-bought vegetarian bacon can also be used.)
